Talan Towers

Creating a Building Complex Destination

Talan Towers is the first high-end mixed-use development in Astana, Kazakhstan that creates a new level of lifestyle and luxury experience in the capital. It aims to become the pre-eminent destination point in Astana, and hopes to become emblematic of the city and its growing power & prominence. The Talan Towers consists of two towers of 26 and 30 floors including a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, luxury residents, offices and a three story fashion gallery. The 118,000 square meter building complex will be the first “green” building in Kazakhstan, using energy-saving technologies, making it compliant with LEED standards. The complex is designed to situate the two towers on opposite ends of the site, creating space for the large fashion gallery in between and to provide views towards the large park and Bayterek Tower.
