Hudson Yards Concept Tower

MERGING SKYSCRAPER & URBAN PARK IN A NEW VERTICAL CITY
This vertical city building proposal combines two typologies of the city, the skyscraper and the urban park, in order to accommodate the required density of program and square footage, while simultaneously improving the incredibly poor ratio of open space to population density. The result is a building that becomes a microcosm of the city in which it lives.
